Care Instructions
To help maintain the appearance, comfort, and performance of your office chair, follow these recommended care guidelines:
Regular Cleaning: Gently vacuum the mesh backrest and upholstered seat using a soft brush attachment to remove dust, lint, and debris.
Spot Cleaning: Blot spills immediately with a clean, soft cloth. For stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid rubbing or excessive scrubbing.
Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the mesh, upholstery, foam, or plastic components.
Clean the Frame & Base: Wipe the armrests, frame, lumbar support, and nylon base with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then wipe dry.
Care for Casters: Periodically remove hair, dust, and debris from the casters to maintain smooth and quiet movement.
Protect from Sunlight & Heat: Keep the chair away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity to help prevent fading, warping, or material deterioration.
Check Hardware: Periodically inspect screws, fasteners, armrests, and other components and tighten them as necessary.
Use on Suitable Flooring: Keep the casters clean and consider using a chair mat on delicate flooring to help protect the floor surface.
Proper Use: Avoid standing on the chair, sitting on the armrests, or placing excessive weight on the backrest or headrest.
Indoor Use Only: Designed for use in dry, indoor environments.
